AGGSA has performed part of the rehabilitation façade of the “Argonavis Community of Owners”, refurbishing it’s site banisters and the treatment of the concrete structure that was badly damaged due to the ambient where the Building is located.
The treatment consisted in taking off the site banisters that contained rusted metal and replacing it for a new one of stainless steel that is appropriate for the environment of the area.
The culmination of the artificial stone has been replaced for a new one without a metal structure in it’s interior and the forged concrete has been treated with special cement to prevent deterioration.
A full refurbishment makes the Building lasts for many years.
